- About Us
Sol Escape Holidays provides self-catering holiday apartment accommodation located in the heart of Caleta de Fuste, one of Fuerteventura’s most loved coastal resorts.

- Bookings and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only once payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received and you have received a booking confirmation from us.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Payments
- Prices are quoted in good faith and include accommodation charges as stated at the time of booking.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance, if any, must be paid before arrival or as agreed at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received by the due date.
- Cancellations and Amendments
- Any cancellation or amendment must be made in writing or confirmed by us.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the arrival date the cancellation is made.
- No refunds are usually provided for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights.
We strongly recommend that guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in and check-out times will be provided in your booking confirmation.
- Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- Use of the Property
- The apartment must be used for holiday accommodation purposes only.
- The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.
- Guests are expected to respect neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during late hours.
- Damage and Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment and its contents in a clean and reasonable condition.
- Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may be charged to the lead guest.
- A security or damage deposit may be required and will be returned after departure, subject to inspection.
- Liability
- Sol Escape Holidays accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal belongings during their stay, except where caused by our proven negligence.
- Guests use the apartment and facilities at their own risk.
- Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
