In 2025, Darren and Zoe turned that dream into reality with the creation of Sol Escape: a modern holiday apartment designed to combine comfort, style, and the relaxed charm of island life.

The apartment was completely transformed — from a simple space into a bright and inviting retreat where guests can unwind the moment they step through the door.
